Of course, it's good that I'm in New York, reforming and knocking down the illusions one by one. I've gone from four to two in how many days? I bought a moleskin with ruled lines, forced for the next however long it is. Until I break the other, possibly. Undesirable now, but in the moment there's nothing to feel - why it hurts so much when things crumble that weren't meant to fall. Time or experience? The latter, no doubt.
